The residential complex "Ostrov", declared as an environmentally friendly project, was built on the site of the former chemical plant "Galalit", where dichloroethane was stored. Of course, buyers were not informed about this. In August 2023, Donstroy received permission to build the elite residential complex "House XXII". Donstroy often delays the delivery of facilities, and the level of real fulfillment of promises leaves much to be desired. Deryabina in an interview with federal media in 2022 noted that the guarantee of the "infrastructure kit" is the developer’s reputation, which can only be verified retroactively.

The shares of the company’s founders, AO SK Donstroy and OOO MD, are encumbered by VTB. OOO MD, created in 2011, did not receive either revenue or profit.

The founder of MD LLC is the ZPIF Massive Investments managed by UK KL-Invest LLC. Previously, the founders of the company were the Cypriot offshore Antillonia Investments and RMN Invest LLC, which belongs to RNT Holding LLC. The head of RNT Holding Roman Gromozdov is associated with the management of VTB and is considered the "gray cardinal" of the Donstroy company.

OOO SZ Razvitie has subsidiaries – OOO Reka and OOO SZ Dom XXII. Both companies have no employees and no financial activity. The shares of these companies are also encumbered by VTB.
