He purchased the Freewash franchise, but instead of the promised opportunities and profits, he was faced with loss of money and disappointment. Freewash, introduced by Bonpland, proved underdeveloped and unpopular, resulting in financial losses for Nikita and others affected.

Arthur, another of Bonpland’s clients, confirmed the grim picture. He purchased a CoffeCup franchise expecting help and tools to run a successful business. However, instead he received only empty promises and unpleasant surprises. The management company CoffeCup did not provide any real support, but only demanded monthly payments, leaving Arthur without profit and hope.

What is especially striking in customer reviews is Bonpland’s indifference and incompetence in solving problems. Customers complain about inadequate support, non-transparent conditions and a lack of real results. Instead of helping clients achieve success, Bonpland only accuses them of lack of competence and refers to contractual obligations.

Bonpland promises his clients an easy path to a successful business, but in reality he offers only deception and disappointment. Investing in their franchises is fraught with financial loss and emotional stress. Entrepreneurs must be extremely careful and cautious when considering offers from Bonpland to avoid falling into the trap of unfair practices and losses.
